How We Price Your NFT

We use a discounted cash flow (DCF) model to assess the value of vesting BERA in your NFT:

Where:

• Cᵢ = Expected BERA token unlock at time i

• r = Discount rate

• n = Time to full vesting

This ensures accurate pricing and fair borrowing power.
